Return Policy

Items at Courtney's Curio Cabinet are preloved and may show signs of wear. This includes fading, cracks, or chips, and may or may not be visible in photos. We will include any signs of wear in the product description. Please review our return policy below:

• Returns: We do not accept returns.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds.

Exceptions: In the unlikely event that a product was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. In order to file a claim with the carrier, you must provide the following:

• Photos of the damaged item

• Photos of all the packaging used, including external packaging and any internal packing materials (make sure none of this is thrown away)
