Due to their age and mechanical nature, perfect performance cannot be guaranteed.
While we take great care in packing and handling, even gentle movement during transit may affect a clock’s operation. This is a known occurrence that is outside of anyone’s control. Because of this, we are not responsible for performance issues after transit.
By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the risk that the clock may not be in working condition upon arrival and that adjustments, servicing, or repairs may be required. The buyer further acknowledges that antique clocks may require specialized knowledge to set up and maintain, and it is their responsibility to become familiar with these requirements or to seek professional assistance as needed.
All clocks are sold as-is, with no guarantees of functionality after shipping. All packages are fully insured in case of damage to the clock’s case during transit; however, insurance does not cover mechanical performance or internal movement issues.

- Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase
- Shipping Costs: We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

Exceptions: In the event that a product was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In order to receive a refund, you must provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photo of the box with the shipping label clearly visible
- Photos of all the packaging used, including external packaging and any internal packing materials (make sure none of this is thrown away)
